You will be asked to follow our returns procedure shown below.
To return goods please fill out the form to receive a Returns Authorisation Number. Our trolleys and handcarts have been carefully tested to meet the demands of the market place. We want you to delighted with our products so if for any reason you are not happy call customer service on 0844 800 1020We will then replace the goods or refund the product price in full providing:
1. Before returning products, please complete the Return a product here section or
contact us for a returns authorisation number. This should then be clearly written
on the packaging being returned.
2. The goods should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.
3. The goods must be returned to us in good condition within 7 days (5 working days) of date it was delivered to you.
4. We strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have proof of delivery.
